Absoluter Wahnsinn
Als die Ringe kamen, stand uns der Mund offen. Sie sind viel schöner, als abgebildet. Dann noch die Schatulle dazu mit der Überraschung beim Öffnen. Ich würde diese Ringe immer wieder bestellen. Sehr angenehm zu tragen und ein enter eye-catcher. Wurde oft und immer wieder darauf angesprochen. Bestellung und Lieferung waren super. Ringe passen perfekt, durch das vorab bestellte Ringmaß. Schön aber na ja...
Ich habe die Ringe vor ca. zwei Wochen hier bestellt. Abwicklung, Fertigung und Lieferung alles top.
Vorab, ich bin kein Schmuckkenner (Materialien etc.). Meine Bewertung ist daher eher subjektiv zu betrachten.
Im neuwertigem Zustand sehen die Ringe wirklich sehr toll aus und würde ich in dem Fall immer weiterempfehlen.
Ich trage meinen Ring (Herr) jetzt ca. 5 Tage. Leider muss ich feststellen, dass dieser leider schon ziemlich zerkratzt aussieht. Ich trage ihn (bis auf Nachts) durchgängig und habe in der Zeit auch keine Arbeiten durchgeführt, die solch einen Zustand des Rings hervorrufen würde.
In dem Punkt bin ich doch ziemlich enttäuscht.

My first time experiencing shopping from Glamira
I discovered Glamira at the end of the last year (now it is August 2024).
The time I spent configuring rings over and over again was substantial.
I kept changing what I liked based on the possibilities I was discovering through the Glamira configurator.
It took me more than half a year to finally decide and have my very first order placed.
It is not the ultimate ring I would have ordered, but I really wanted to have a right hand ring from Glamira, with precious stones.
I never had any jewelry with precious stones before.
(As I write this, I am still waiting for my ring to be shipped)
I carefully configured my chosen ring with the metal and colour and the precious stones with their related qualities and placed the order to Glamira.
I paid online with a credit card. All good, so far.
After only a few days I have received an email from Glamira saying that the production of my ring is done and is almost ready to be expedited.
Still good. I loved the fact that they sent me a video with my final ring product so that I could see it while I was waiting for it to arrive.
The estimated delivery day arrived and things were still good, until I suddenly started to watch reviews (at start out of curiosity, then out of panic of an online scam).
The more I was reading the reviews, the more intense the panic.
Then I got to Glamira's Facebook. I was literally shocked to see so many negative reviews for all the posts that are still visible at this moment on Glamira's Facebook page.
It is, at the moment of this writing, one week of delay for the delivery.
But as the days were getting by and the delay started to increase, I did not just let time pass and maybe risk not having any possibility to get back the money I paid, in case of a scam.
Glamira's estimated delivery date was August 16 2024.
On August 24 I started to send them emails and contact them however it was possible.
I chatted with their AI chat bot, which was pleasant at start, but then it got really annoying as it kept giving similar responses, with a polite tone but with no useful information for me.
I was just waiting to get in touch with a real person from the customer service, but there was none at this point.
I sent Glamira messages through the contact form on glamira.ro and also glamira.com.
The next day, on August 20 2024, I received a reply to one of my contact forms that I submitted.
That was such a relief. It was the only thing I wanted, a reply from a real person, so that I am closer to concluding that this is not an online scam business.
Me and the person from Glamira's customer service exchanged a few really pleasant emails.
Thank you, sweetheart, for your replies (I will not disclose their name here, I do not think it is fair to do so).
In the reply I have been told that there is a delay because of the unique factor for each product that is different for each customer, they are sorry for the delay, they do their best to deliver as soon as possible with the best quality and as soon as the product will have the tracking number I will have it as well, sent by email.
After this email I literally went down from panic 100% to -10%. Well, some panic was still there, but at least I got to talk with someone who felt real.
Seeing all those negative reviews almost ruined my first shopping experience on Glamira.
Please do your own homework before believing all the stories you see on the internet.
As I was discussing the issue with my boyfriend, I also noticed some things.
He told me that all the big companies have bad reviews. He also asked me if I saw positive reviews as well.
I said yes, I did see many positive reviews. And, by answering his questions, I noticed a difference: the negative reviews were only some words of frustration. But, some of the positive reviews, alongside the nice words, also had images.
The fact that a review says that their ring got broken and there is no picture to prove that, is also an important factor.
Then my mind started working again and at this point my logic says that many, or some, of those negative reviews are maybe an active campaign from the competitors to slow down Glamira's sales and "maybe?" increase their sales? It is a possibility, you cannot trust easily when it comes to online statements...
Now that I am writing, I can track the steps my package is making towards me.
It is now in Romania and got scanned at several locations, as the package traveled to me with UPS.
I can check the tracking details on a Glamira inner page, specifically built for the UPS tracking numbers and your order.
I also created, before receiving my tracking number, in my panic times, an account on ups.com. Just to see if there is any package associated with my email address. It was not at that point and was not going to be.
But I now have the tracking number and I was able to see the detailed progress of my package using the received tracking number.
I hope that by this evening I will have received my ring, but I know now that it is just a matter of time.
Overall, if my ring gets to me today, there is only a 1 week delay.
Maybe the Glamira team can improve this estimation by increasing the time, but it is surely a more complex process and there are surely several scenarios that need to be covered in order to give a more accurate estimation.
Except for a few minor bugs, maybe some UX aspects and the delivery accuracy improvements, I do not see huge problems at Glamira.
I am waiting to see my ring and get to see the craftsmanship. I loved it already from the video they sent to me by email right after the production was done.
I am really thankful to Glamira for such an amazing configurator and thoughtful steps to make towards better customer satisfaction.
I am sure it is not easy to do so, while you also have to defend your business from the many negative reviews and trash thrown at them.
For sure, as their work towards better customer service progresses, things will get better and better.
A little more transparency in communication with the client will be a great deal.
And maybe announce the client if there will be known delivery delays. This will surely make a great impact in the customer's experience with Glamira.
I have recently received my package and the inside of the package and my ring are beautiful and delicate.
My ring is amazing. No picture can capture the beauty of the emerald and the diamonds. It is truly a gorgeous piece of craftsmanship. Delicate yet not fragile.
The ring feels so comfortable on my finger and, even though I thought the main stone will be too small, it actually feels as if it has the right measurements for my finger size.
Thank you so much, Glamira, for this amazing ring. You really have good craftsmanship in there.

Sito molto intuitivo per la personalizzazione.
Dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, sono stato aggiornato su ogni step, dalla produzione alla spedizione (incluso il traking)!
Data presunta di consegna il 25 gennaio 2023. Arrivato il 23 gennaio 2023 (dalla bulgaria alla sicilia)!!!
Come da foto, packaging molto curato, presente un sacchettino, la scatola col cuscinetto (inclusa illuminazione a led), certificato di garanzia!!!
L'anello si presenta in ottime condizioni e rispecchia quanto avevo richiesto.
Inlcusa la misura che, grazie al foglio per le misure fornito dal sito, e' risultata perfetta!!
Spero solo che nel tempo non scurisca!!!
In conclusione, consiglio vivamente questo sito per la loro professionalita'.

Jolie et tout à fait conforme
Je recommande glamira
mon marie ma demander au mariage pour a Noël et les bague arriver le 26decembre, était splendide on les a reçu avec du retard à cause du livreurs qui travail pas le week-end du coup reçu le lundi 26 décembre2022 au lieu du vendredi 23 decembre2022. Donc rien à dire dans les temps tout de même 5etoile ,parce que les bijoux son beau on sait servie de feuille à imprimé pour les taille on était entre 2 taille moi et mon marie et on a pris la taille au dessus comme recommander dans le descriptif des taille et nous somme ravie l écrin à Led fait sont effet très beau et une 2eme boîte bien étudier pour recevoir les bague sans tracas , rien à redire livreurs DHL qui livre devant la porte.je vous met des photos j'espère sa vous aidera à choisir.

Great engagement ring
I ordered a Ring Bridal Luxuy with a 0.16 carat ruby and 750 white gold as an engagement ring. I knew I wanted a ruby ring and this particular ring design. But I wasn't sure about how big the stone should be and what its quality should be. In the end I decided on this size, which I am quite happy with since a stone too big would also look awkward on my fiancée's hand. One has to be mindful that the metal on either side of the ring is also thick and can tend to hide the stone. The ring arrived and I noticed that there were cracks on the stone and I informed Glamira about this and they replaced the ring very fast and efficiently and I was very grateful for the customer service. It's a great looking ring and my fiancée loves it more and more with each day.

WOOOW, WUNDERSCHÖN UND BESONDERS
Wir wollten große Ringe mit einem besonderen Design für unsere anstehende Hochzeit und haben sie bei Glamira gefunden. Wir lieben sie. Diese Ringe sind ein echtes "Statement" am Finger, eine sehr gute Qualität und sehr wertig. Trotz der Größe und des Gewichtes ist die Trageeigenschaft hervorragend.
Auch der Herrenring hat einen sehr schönen dezenten Steinbesatz, das haben wir nirgendwo anders gesehen!
Nun steigt die Vorfreude auf die Hochzeit noch mehr und wir freuen uns schon darauf "den Ring der Ringe" für immer zu tragen :-)
Wir möchten uns bei Glamira für diese Ringe ganz herzlich bedanken.

Väga rahul sõrmustega!
Tellimusega olen rahul. Väga ilusad sõrmused, absoluutselt vastavad ootustele. Tellimuse tegin 16.11, sain kätte 24.11.
Meie sõrmuste laius on 6mm. Ei soovita tellida vähem, kui 5mm, meeste sõrmedel ei ole ilus. 6mm on ideaalne.
Заказом очень довольна, кольца очень красивые.
Изначально прислали неправильный измеритель для колец (американский), обратилась в службу поддержки, общаются только на английском языке, к сожалению. Консультант изначально неправильно интерпретировала размеры. Когда я на это указала, консультант понял, что ошибся и предложил прислать правильный измеритель. Но я сделала заказ, не дожидаясь его.
На пол размера ошиблась, но я сознательно решила взять чуть больше. Можно брать ровно, как показывает измеритель.
Заказ сделала 16.11, получила 24.11.

Muy lindo
Lo quise grabado y es muyy lindo. Eso sí, es error mio, me parece que escogí 1,6 o 1,8 de grueso, si me aprietan la mano me incomoda el anillo y duele. Igual, si fuera más delgado quizás el diamante resaltaría más.
La calidad preciosa. El diamante aunque es pequeño la cálida VVS brilla como debe de brillar.
Me hubiera gustado mucho el mismo diseño pero con dos diamantes más del mismo tamaño, seguidos o con una separación sutil entre cada diamante.
En general me gusta mucho

Site super efficace avec la possibilité de faire vraiment des alliances personnalisées, en tout point de vue.
Livraison juste quelques jours plus tard mais pas grave... c'est normal, on devrait toujours avoir un peu de marge.

Contact téléphonique plus que professionnel et très sympathique.
Réponses apportées au questions ouvertes, merci d'ailleurs à la dame du support, que nous avions en ligne.
Les alliances sont superbes et malgré leurs formes ondulées, très agréables à porter et ce également grâce aux bords arrondis que l'on peut configurer lors de la commande.
Nous sommes très contents du résultat et la taille est bonne grâce au mesureur de taille fourni par Glamira, même si c'était pas si évident que cela de prendre la mesure correct, mais avec de la patience... ça marche.
Les diamants sont petits mais font un bel effet.
Nous recommandons vivement le site Glamira car nous en sommes totalement satisfait.... merci encore.
